Hello Seedify fam,
Whatever has happened with the claims today, wasn’t acceptable. First of all I want to share that, I understand all the frustrations.
You expected the site working properly and getting the claims in time.
This was the first time we used claims on the new site, and prior to that, we did community tests where a lot of people from the community tested the site while there was 25k-30k additional bots configured for the stress testing capacity.
We had no issues during these stress tests that were done with the community.
While unforseeable, we have had no other way of seeing in action how the site performed under claim load besides stress testing and doing tests like that, which we did. But still they weren’t as effective as seeing it in real action with a real event. We have gathered all the data, and the product team focused on solving the issues that came up today.
We will do the next few launches as airdrops in tge until we can go for a claim test altogether at a set date and time. And then continue with the claims instead of multisending tge tokens.
I apologize from all of you as founder of Seedify, I was disappointed with how things unfolded too after not seeing any issue in community tests and internal tests.
Regardless, the fault is only on us, and claims issues that happen during launches will be solved once and for all. 🙏
